How your data is protected
SEPP Guard is built on a simple principle: your calculations are yours. This page explains the security and integrity measures that keep it that way.
Row-level data isolation
Every calculation and verification you create is scoped to your account. Other users cannot access your records.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). Data at rest is encrypted by our hosting platform. Your inputs are never exposed over an unsecured channel.
Immutable finalized records
Once a calculation or verification is finalized, it is locked as a timestamped snapshot. It cannot be silently edited. Any change produces a new, versioned record that links back to the prior one.
No AI in the calculation
Every figure is produced by a deterministic engine applied to the IRS life-expectancy tables. There is no language model in the math, and no probabilistic guesswork in the result.
Nothing sold, shared, or syndicated
We do not sell, share, or syndicate your data or inputs to third parties. Your records stay in your account, under your control, for the life of the account.
Auditable to the source
Each finalized result cites the exact statute, IRS notice, and life-expectancy table version behind it, so a reviewer can re-derive the math independently.
Our commitment
We minimize the data we hold, isolate it to your account, compute it deterministically, and never monetize it. If you delete a record, it is deleted — not retained in a shadow copy.
